Step #1: Call your phone number and enter *** when you hear your greeting voice prompt that tells you to enter you code. This will get you into the back-end admin area.
Step #2: Enter your pin code number to gain access. If you’re not sure what your “pin code” is you can find it under the Phone Line tab of your account.

Step #3: Pick what code you want to record an audio message for. Follow the directions you hear over the phone to record and save your audio message. Once your pre-recorded audio message is recorded prospects will hear it when they call your phone number and enter in its unique code.
